Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the SWADISHT network. A "Client" is considered any natural or legal person placing an order with SWADISHT validated via our secure payment platform. As an FSSAI-registered food business, we ensure that our products, including our makhana and ragi chips, are processed and packaged according to Indian food safety standards.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions

• Physical Products (Makhana, Ragi Chips, etc.): Minimum 16 years old.

• Services (Coaching, Workshops, Seminars): Minimum 18 years old.

SWADISHT reserves the right to restrict access to minors. Any newsletter subscriber found to be under the age of 16 will be removed from our database. Customers failing to meet these criteria will be reimbursed, and a return of any delivered products will be required.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed on a site belonging to SWADISHT implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

• Tax: Prices are subject to a 6% tax per product (GST).

• Accuracy: The client must ensure the accuracy of the address and postal code.

• Perishables: Given the nature of our snacks (makhana and ragi chips), the client is responsible for receiving the package promptly to ensure product freshness.

• Risk: Risks transfer to the client once the goods leave our premises. In case of lost packages, SWADISHT will assist in ensuring a replacement or refund according to the specific product warranty.
